Good work and perspective, Richard.
Our political leaders and those who want to be, are looking more and more pathetic, uneducated, and have lost the humanity of our country….
When did greed become the bottom line for so many?
We, somewhat older citizens, have known a different times, when our political leaders negotiated, listened more to their constituents and did not cater to corporations….
Best we pay attention to what’s happening and get involved with groups that are working to put human beings needs ahead of the corporations’….

The most important things to do:
1. Stop the war in Afganistan and move out of Irak. Every person in Afganistan sees us as the invader that has to be exterminated, from the young to the old. Every day that we stay there, the number of enemies increases. Unfortunately, the American Government does not see it that way, and we spend billions and billions with no results. They are only taking advantage of our ignorance. We are extremely nahive. We should stop giving “gifts” to foreign governments. They do not use the money to improve their countries, the people in the government are richer and richer. Just look at the Afgan president.
2. Stop giving away so much money. The USA gives billions of dollars every year to many countries around the world, and those countries, hate us tremendously, the more money we give them the more they hate us, so we should stop giving so much money away.
